Steve Fleming is the co-founder of Kick4Life FC, a multi-award-winning charity, social enterprise and football club based in southern Africa. In 2020, Kick4Life FC became the first top-flight football club in the world to commit to gender equal pay and budgets. Steve has worked across the world through the organisation's training and consultancy service. He is the author of Eleven: Stories of Development through Football, published in 2010.
