Racing (and Writing) in the Zone Top sportspeople don't have exclusive access to the Zone. Like the finest music, the bliss can be shared. You're not thinking about it, so it happens naturally. You're at the top of your job. You've got your emotions controlled, your energy is channelled and you're just doing it. That's the Zone.
