Finance class sucks. I mean... hard-core. There are so many reasons why finance sucks. The subject, itself, sucks. Any subject with numbers... sucks. Finance has a lot of numbers. If a finance student cannot grasp complex financial concepts from their finance instructor's lectures, what chance do they have with a finance tutor, with several years' LESS experience? News Flash... Not a fighting chance... to say the least. So here we are, you are facing, or are going to be facing an introductory or advanced finance class, with the odds stacked against you. Time for a game changer. And what I mean by this, is taking a different approach to understanding and learning finance. From these observations, I have then created understandable explanations and STEP BY STEP SOLUTIONS for time value of money (TVM) example problems using a formula (for most topics), calculator and by showing you how to create Excel templates.From this approach, I do believe that you will be able to create a sound understanding of finance that will propel you through introductory, as well as, advanced finance courses.
