Author Information

Maureen Thompson was born in Zimbabwe and has a degree in Maths and French. She has taught in Zimbabwe, England and New Zealand. As well as classroom teaching, Maureen has taught students aged 5 to 15 years old, on a one-to-one basis. This has given her an in-depth understanding of how students learn, and what motivates them. She believes that any student can succeed in maths, given lots of praise and practice.
