Ken Blanchard is the founder and chief spiritual officer of the Ken Blanchard Companies. One of the world's most prominent authors, speakers, and consultants, he is the author or coauthor of more than sixty books. John Britt began working as an ER nurse before transitioning to management. His interest in people and workplace interaction led John to go back to get a BA in management of human resources and then a master's degree in organizational management. John is the director of health-care solutions at Kforce, and he speaks nationally and internationally on topics related to organizational behavior. He lives in Kentucky, with his wife, Cynthia, three dogs and three cats. Judd Hoekstra is an expert in leading individuals and organizations through change. Judd received his bachelor's in business management and marketing from Cornell University, where he played hockey and baseball. He also graduated from the Advanced Business Management Program at Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Dr. Patricia Zigarmi is a Senior Consulting Partner for The Ken Blanchard Companies, a captivating motivational speaker, a highly regarded management consultant and trainer, a best-selling author, and an experienced businesswoman. Pat currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for Blanchard. Respected for her ability to listen and build trust, she has been a confidential business consultant for hundreds of managers and executives as part of Blanchard's consulting partnerships with many Fortune 500 and global companies. Johnny Pena is a Spanish Voice Actor from the Valle del Cauca in Colombia who does Radio Commercials, Audiobooks and Institutional Narration.
