A program especially for ANYONE Who Wants to Discover the Inner and Outer Meanings of Their Own Life A nine-session independent or group study course that provides a healthy framework for people interested in their own psychological growth. Questpoint uses as its psychological basis the understandings of Carl Gustav Jung who founded the school of Analytical Psychology. Jung believed that the search for meaning is a primary one in a fully lived human life; he felt that one's meaning is ultimately found within oneself, within the psyche, as we become related to those forces and factors which belong to us personally and those others which are transpersonal. Questpoint is the starting place for anyone of any age who feels there is more to life than just adapting to the value system of the outer world. Questpoint does not presume a prior psychological or theological orientation nor indeed any academic bents. It begins with you in your life where you are, hoping you can find a deeper meaning for your life, one which does not depend on success or popularity, charm or beauty, or an aptitude for learning to win at power and sex games. In addition to various understandings of human nature, sessions contain myths and fairy tales reflecting basic human experience. If used as a group study, you confront yourself in Questpoint to the degree that you wish; you do not confront and are not confronted by the group.
