Overview

Set the stage with lucid intelligence interwoven with relationships to humanity and individuals. Seductive love stories. Humor. Sensitivity to societal challenges but the poems and their creativity reassure the reader with a sense of hope or perhaps even better--some humor. Refreshingly out of the box. Full of energy, the poems roll down the page at a perfect rhythm, and the images roll across our eyes.

Reviews

Warren has delivered poetry that is rich, honest, beautiful, and wise. . . . I loved this collection of poems for the science, for the quiet longing, and for the way Warren braids the workings and beauty of the natural world with who we are amidst it. These sometimes deceptively straightforward beauties are worthy of many reads, and I'll be going back to pleasurably unpack these poems many, many times in the days to come. I recommend all readers do the same. --Christian Winn, author of What's Wrong with You is What's Wrong with Me Warren is a fierce emotional explorer on uncertain terrain. . . . Beginning with the language of time and space and dissolving to the language of longing, to the space that lies between us all, Quantum Physics and Other Life Lessons is a brave and beautiful volume, spare and very affecting. In fact, if affecting poetry--and great writing--is an honest conversation with one's deepest self, clearly Warren has been engaged in that conversation for a very, very long time. --Mark Warren, Vice President and Executive Editor, Random House Warren has delivered poetry that is rich, honest, beautiful, and wise. . . .
