""One of the most useful ""serious study"" type books I've ever used. I found a lot of the sacred geometry stuff to be interesting, but too intricate for me to follow without more effort than I'm willing to put out. The actual healing codes (the solfeggio frequencies associated with specific chakras and emotional issues, ) on the accompanying CD are a totally different story. There are 22 tracks on the CD, giving the actual sound of each of the six basic tones; first individually, then in dyad combinations. It's very easy to reference each track on the corresponding chart in the book, describing of the related chakras, issues and healing qualities of each sound. I've been working with this book and CD for about six months, and it is helping transform my life. I've also met the author, Stephen Linsteadt and his wife Maria Elena, at one of their workshops in Ashland, OR. Wonderful, big-hearted people!
