Muhammad-Sajid Mushtaq is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), France. His research interests include Machine Learning, QoE, and QoS of heterogeneous networks.. Abdelhamid Mellouk is a permanent Full Professor at the University of Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), France.
