Pre-professional learning internships are a crucial stage in preparing individuals for professional life in any field. In today's world of intellectual development, the aim of internships is to develop the general skills of future professionals. The value of internships in professional training for healthcare workers is even more important because it involves training individuals who will be dealing with human lives. Internships in healthcare services must meet standards that satisfy the users who will need the services of future professionals. In Mozambique, the Labor Advisory Committee (CCT) approved the Pre-Professional Internship Regulations on March 27, 2013, in Maputo, thus joining the group of other countries around the world where internships in various fields are covered by labor law.
