Mimi Kuo-Deemer, MA, is an author and teacher of meditation, qigong, and internal martial arts (6th generation lineage holder in Baguazhang). She champions a balance of playfulness and precision in her practice and teachings, which draw inspiration from nature, the Dao, and the wisdom of Buddha Dharma. Her YouTube channel has had over 9.5 million views, and her 8 Brocades Qigong Practice has reached more than 4.7 million. An instructor of both students and other teachers, she has practiced and taught for more than 20 years.
