Pyramid Mountain is a Modern Western Crime Thriller that takes place in and around Reno, Nevada. It begins, When a feisty young woman meets an ex-mob enforcer trying to hide out on a mysterious Nevada dude ranch, it becomes a wild thriller of wits verses power, as he transforms back into his Gunslinger past to protect her and her family from Gangsters they're unknowingly indebted to. . . It's, Cowboys verses The Mob. Alan Wagner, an Ex-Special Forces Sniper and Mob-Enforcer tries to get off the grid, hiding-out as a Trail Boss in Northern Nevada on the historic 'Hollywood Dude Ranch' that holds deep secrets of its own. Unexpectedly, he gets caught up in the lives of a beautiful young woman, Ashley Scott, and her mother Anne, who's inherited a notorious bar, unknowingly indebted to a Reno Casino Gangster. But as Ashley becomes drawn to Alan, the Dude Ranch and its beautiful Painted Horses, Alan's life takes on new meaning, helping her and Anne begin a new a chapter, apart from their ugly past. Then, without warning, the Gangster threat turns personal and deadly. The ride becomes a wild romp of wits and skill verses power and brawn, as the ex-sniper Gunslinger and his Cowboys take on the Casino Gangsters and their henchmen . . . a force that's willing to stop at nothing to wipe them all out. In the process, Alan's past catches up with him as his brother, a Top Casino Boss in Las Vegas, is drawn into the fray. The Reno guys realize this and initially lay off Alan, but then a lower Level Reno player gets pissed and forces a gang war. Now it's Reno verses Las Vegas. In the mean-time Alan has become infatuated with Ashley's divorced mother, Anne Scott. While Ashley herself gets exposed to the daily rough and tumble side of the ranch, falling in love with a Painted Horse named 'Cochise'. Many twists and turns follow the protagonists in this Modern Cowboy Thriller, as they ride, fight, and discover treasures in the high plains of Pyramid Mountain, Nevada.

As a Novelist and Screenwriter, Ian Feldman has written several books including currently, 'PYRAMID MOUNTAIN', a Western Style 'Cowboys verses the Mob' fictional crime thriller that follows a mystery in the Virginia Mountains of modern day Nevada.He has also recently written 'Fontana', 'Rendezvous in Majorca', a Cold War prequel to his Novel 'Patton Mountain', followed by 'The Blue Wall'. In addition, he is a Writers Guild of Great Britain Member and has written several Award Winning Screenplays. Drawing on his background as an officer in the US Army's Military Police during the Vietnam era, as well as his British Grandmother's Diaries while She was working as an operative for British SIS: Ian has a passion for intrigue and how it weaves into history.At the present time, Ian is focused full time on writing either novels or screenplays, some based on clandestine historical tales and amazing true crime stories, while others are based on creative concepts he develops every day.
