Gigi O'Dea is an international award-winning photographer best known for her creative, fine-art style and powerful storytelling portraits. A Master Photographer and Master Artist, she has been awarded Photographer and Artist of the Year at the local, state, and national levels. Gigi has over 20 years of professional experience photographing newborns, children, families, and pets in her Florida studio and around the USA.She first discovered her love for being behind the camera when she became a mother and adopted her oldest child in 2002. A 20-year background in neonatal intensive care nursing gave her a special talent for working with newborns and babies, which boosted her photography from a hobby into a business and eventually her full-time career. Her abundant love for all babies, including kittens and puppies, sparked her creativity to create a photographic storybook for children to share her art and passion with others. In 2023, she welcomed Millie, a Cavapoo puppy, into her home and saw her goal of becoming a children's book author come to life.
