Inspection of public works projects, during the construction phase, is a key element to ensure that the new facility or installation complies with the approved plans and specifications. He is also a member of the NSPE, ASME, ASCI and ADDA. Mr. Parmley is a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin and California. He is also a certified manufacturing engineer under SME's national certification program and a certified wastewater treatment plant operator in the state of Wisconsin.
