The Author has a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science and Counselling Skills and quite recently earned her badge as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management International (SPHRi). She began her early career as a classroom teacher in 1997 when she taught Religious Education. She later served as a Full Time Lecturer in the Department of Management at the Cuttington University, and served in other positions in the same institution including; Asst. Coordinator Service Learning, Development & Fundraising Officer, Chairperson Dept. of Management respectively. She currently serves as Training Specialist in both Public and Private Sector Management courses including; Human Resource Management, Leadership & Supervision Skills, Women in Leadership, Performance Management Systems etc. while being involved with Organizational Restructuring and Development, Public Sector Reforms, Civil Service Capacity Building, Curriculum Development etc. She co-authored a Governance Architecture Manual for the Government of Liberia, training manual for the first ""Women in Leadership Training for Senior Female Officers of the Liberian Civil Service"", and the first ""Performance Management System Training for Civil Servants in Liberia"" etc. She is currently a Manager of Human Resources at the Liberia Revenue Authority, an entrepreneur, a role model, and a mentor to many.
