Choong Han Kim ( Ph.D., library science, Rutgers) is a professor of library science at Indiana State University. He has been director for the Indiana Community Analysis Project, chaired the National Conference on Books by Mail Service, Las Vegas, 1970, and published Books by Mail—A Handbook for Libraries (Greenwood, 1977); The Indiana Community Analysis Project at the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library; and articles in library journals. Robert David Little ( Ph.D., library science, University of Wisconsin, Madison) is chairperson and professor of library science at Indiana State University. He edits Indiana Media Journal, was a member and researcher for the Public Library Users Feasibility Study, U.S. Office of Education, prepared Uses and Users of Library Statistics of the National Center for Education Statistics—A Research Report (1978), contributed to the 1978, 1979, and 1980 Bowker Annual article on NCES surveys of school and public libraries, and publishes articles in library journals.
