OverviewAn urban or rural area becomes Public Domain when an emotional and empathic exchange between people occurs there; departing from the analysis of such episodes, this research aims to build connections, draw analogies, and underlining their social potential. No more streets, plazas or urban parks but infrastructural sites with a purely functional character; private land such as railway tracks, city rooftops, or physical boundaries, where contemporary communites are able to find distance from the usual program to develop new relations. The drive for a new context, through the power of activism, political movements, and youth struggle.
