Annamaria Di Fabio is professor of Work and Organizational Psychology in the Department of Education and Psychology at the University of Florence, Italy. She is Rectors Delegate for Psychological counseling in guidance and job placement and director of both the following International Research and Intervention Laboratories: Psychology for Vocational Guidance and Career Counseling (LabOProCCareer) and Positive Psychology and Prevention (PosPsyc&P). Her main research interests are: Work and Organizational Psychology, Personality and individual differences, Career and life counseling psychology, Vocational and educational guidance, Positive psychology and prevention, Effectiveness of intervention. Editor of Counseling Italian Journal of Research and Intervention and co-editor of Orientation Scolaire et Professionnelle, she has been the author of more than 140 peer reviewed articles and 60 books or chapters in books since the beginning of 1998. A regular keynote speaker, she was invited for a State-of-the-Science Lecture in Psychology of Counseling at the 30th International Congress of Psychology (ICP) in 2012 in South Africa and she was the co-president of the UNESCO Chair Conference in Florence (Italy) 2015.
