Overview

Protocol ... so many questions have been put to me and my staff over the past years about this word and what it means. What is the proper protocol when you meet a person in public office, particularly someone from a royal family? What is the proper protocol when you sit with them? When you greet them? How should you address them? These are just a few of the many questions we receive on a regular basis. Rather than answer each person individually, my staff got me to sit down and give them an interview on the subject, and from that interview the following answers emerged.
