Liew Kang Chiang graduated in the year 2002 with a Doctor of Philosophy in Wood Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is currently an Associate Professor at Universiti Malaysia Sabah with expertise in pulp and paper, conventional and hybrid composites and other lignocellulosic-based utilization.
