Author Information

April Stroud was a Senior Lecturer in land law and equity and trusts at Southampton Solent University for many years. She was awarded the Association of Law Teachers’ Law Teacher of the Year Award in 2005 and is the author of Making Sense of Land Law, currently in its fifth edition. She is now a tutor in equity, trusts and land law with the Open University. This textbook has been adapted from the CILEX Professional Qualification Advanced course book Property and Conveyancing written by Lorraine Richardson.
