Areej ElSayary Passionate and organized educator with around 15+ years of experience as an Associate Professor, Online Instructor, Teacher, Coordinator, Curriculum Director, Policy Designer, Academic Advisor. Dr. Areej ElSayary is an expert in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM), curriculum design and development, teaching and learning, assessment, and schools accreditation. She is also a certified associate for the Blackboard academy, a Fellow for the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), an Editor, and a researcher. She is an Approved Accreditation Lead Inspectors from New England Association of School and Colleges NEASC & Council of International School CIS. She is also an approved visitor by CAEP accreditation. She was the Graduate Program Coordinator in the College of Education at Zayed University and is currently an Assistant Chair and Associate Professor in the College of Interdisciplinary Studies. Her research interests include the educational technology, cognitive development, positive psychology and wellbeing, Human-computer interaction, entrepreneurship, innovation, design-thinking, Interdisciplinary STE(A)M, and assessment.
