He has written or co-written over 10 textbooks, textbook chapters and more than 40 articles in various physical education and special education journals. He has also conducted over 75 presentations, seminars and workshops at both American and international levels. Ron French is a professor and adapted physical education co-ordinator at Texas Woman's University. Since 1981, he has taught a graduate course on behaviour management in physical education and sport. Hester Henderson is an associate professor in the Department of Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Utah.
