When Claire walked into her bar one day she didn't expect to see someone standing there that looked just like her dead husband, but life is tragically funny like that sometimes. When John walked in a place on Front street, in Wilmington, North Carolina, to get something to eat, while there working on a major real estate project, he didn't expect to get such a harsh welcome from the old bartender and a fiery red-haired waitress, who kicked him out for no explanation, but life is weird like that sometimes. Once in a while, two hearts destined to be together will find each other in the strangest of ways. With a little, luck, a lot of breaking down the walls of shattered hearts and the prayers of a little girl, can help two people find each other and heal themselves together in way nobody can explain.
