Reviews

The emphasis on evolution and the psychological impact on the people involved in and participating in projects is a notable aspect of this work. It makes it clear that evolution does not occur without change within each of us. The content will make potential readers reflect and help them understand that change is both for themselves and others who are part of the project; each with their own experiences. It encourages research and contains everything necessary for the reader to do so, improve their knowledge, and get involved. It contains clear evidence, lived and told by people who, ultimately, are agents of change. A noteworthy chapter is ""Why this book,"" which addresses and engages with the psychology underlying these changes. - Arturo McKeon, Past Division Technical Manager, Coca Cola Latin America, River Plate Division In today's fast-changing and unpredictable world, managing change is one of the most critical skills for individuals and organizations. Change management is not only crucial for adaptation but also serves as the foundation for problem-solving, process improvement, and innovation, which often results in changes. This book offers a profound and practical understanding of this critical discipline, drawing from the author’s extensive experience. It is an indispensable resource for managers, executives, and leaders who seek to navigate change effectively and drive meaningful progress. - Dr. Lars Sörqvist, Chair, International Academy for Quality President and Partner, Sandholm Associates AB Member of Advisory Committee, Shanghai Association for Quality (SAQ)
