Dr. Burak Uluocak has more than 18 years of experience in information technology and banking sectors. He took part in large scale projects as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Project Leader, Scrum Master, Project, Program and Portfolio Manager. For the last 3 years, he has been working in a bank as the Vice President of IT Agile Project Management Office and Architecture Division, responsible from PMO, Agile Studio, System Architecture and Business Process Management Center of Excellence services. Concentrated on management theories and practices, he has engineering, MBA degrees and he is Ph.D. in Strategic Management field. He has Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master and professional coach certifications. He attended many national and international conferences as a speaker about project management and organizational agile transformation subjects.
