Overview

Previously known as IT Project+, the new Project+ certification was renamed by CompTIA in order to better reflect the title's application beyond IT professionals. The objectives and questions for the exam were updated in early 2004 to validate the skills demanded of entry level project managers, and they remain unchanged. This seemingly minor change to the certification name should dramatically increase its popularity, as it is no long strictly associated with IT. (Previous edition ISBN: 0782143180.)
