Brooks, MSM, PMP, SSGB, has over thirty years of experience in business administration, IT support, and management, including work as a project and quality assurance manager for the Los Angeles World Airports.</p> Ms. Brooks graduated with a bachelor's degree in information technology and e-commerce from American InterContinental University before earning a master's degree in management, with a concentration in project management, from Kaplan University.</p> Ms. Brooks earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2007 and a Lean Six Sigma (LSSGB) Green Belt from Purdue University in 2013.</p> Ms. Brooks is a regular volunteer for the Project Management Institute, Los Angeles Chapter and other non-profits and specializes in project management, strategic planning, and quality assurance.</p>
