ISENBERG, M.D., FACS, is the founder of Project Solo/Physicians Information Exchange, a physician organization that pioneered multisite community--based outcomes research, and an associate professor of otolaryngology at Indiana University Medical School. RICHARD E. GLIKLICH Richard E. Gliklich, M.D., is chairman of Outcome Sciences, a physician--led health outcomes company. He is founder of the Clinical Outcomes Research Unit at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and assistant professor at Harvard Medical School.
