He is also author of the Product Liability and Safety Encyclopaedia . Dr Richard Goldberg is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Birmingham, having previously taught at the LSE, Kings' College London, and Queen Mary and Westfield College London. He has worked as a seconded legal assistant with McKenna & Co on the benzodiazepine lititgation and other medicinal product liability cases.
