Being process-driven is one of the most important concepts in this line of work. Process-driven engagement is building systems that lead to continuums to assist the practitioner to arrive at their requested destination, a solution. In turn, these systems or processes create repeatable templates that afford the user to implement habitual responses. These responses equip the practitioner with the capacity to apply proven skill sets and competencies that have been tested under fire. Our goal with Manual 9 is to connect many of the ""process components"" from previous manuals, while creating a precision focus ability to a challenge and to draft any response into a calculated practice of interaction.
