He is an architectural designer and an urban thinker with over 16 years of academic and professional experience in New Zealand, Canada, and Malaysia. His research primarily focuses on the future of buildings and urban areas through the lens of sustainable and healthy design and smartification. Dr. Farzad Rahimian is Professor of Digital Engineering at School of Computing, Engineering and Digital Technologies, Teesside University, UK. He is also a leader for Centre for Sustainable Engineering, Open Research and Output Quality Lead, SCEDT, Teesside University and Lead of Construction Innovation & Research (CCIR). Dr. Mahesh Babu is Senior lecturer and Researcher at the School of Future Environments, Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand.
