A ballot was eventually taken, resulting in a decision to hold a two days' meeting at Bridport in July, a meeting in Purbeck in August, and one at Badbury Rings in September. Baskett, who entertained them at tea at the Vicarage subsequently. This brought the day's meeting to a conclusion.
