Overview

This present publication represents the second volume of a series entitled Proceedings of the Nineteenth Session, which encompasses all documents relating to the Nineteenth Session of the Hague Conference on Private International Law. This volume is particularly dedicated to the work undertaken by the Hague Conference in fields as many and varied as international family law (international adoption, child abduction, succession), international commercial and finance law, as well as international judicial and administrative co-operation (service, taking of evidence, legalisation).
