Mr. Steiner obtained his BA from the Johns Hopkins University, his Certificate from the Johns Hopkins University Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, and his JD, with honors, from the Illinois Institute of Technology/ Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Steiner is a national speaker on health law and compliance topics. He also is a nationally recognized author and editor of a variety of health law and compliance publications. His titles include: Health Law and Compliance Update (WoltersKluwer Law & Business), published annually since 2003.
