Author Information

Victor Newman is Senior Lecturer and Head of Organizational Development Consulting at the CIM Institute, Cranfield University. He developed the Creating Effective Solutions workshop programme for Coopers & Lybrand and has written widely on change management, teamworking and business transformation.
