Surindar Mohan Uppal, M A, Ph D, EBS, is the seniormost Professor at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Nairobi, Kenya. He was made Ambassador for Peace by Universal Peace Federation, and NGO funded by UN three years back.
