Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationYun-chien Chang is Associate Research Professor and Director of the Center for Empirical Legal Studies at Academia Sinica, Taiwan. He has been a visiting professor at the University of Chicago and elsewhere. He has (co-)authored and (co-)edited eight books and more than seventy journal articles and book chapters, in English and Chinese. Wei Shen is a Dean and Professor of Law at Shandong University Law School, and Global Professor of Law at New York University School of Law. He is the author of five books and over 100 journal articles in English and Chinese. Wen-yeu Wang is a law professor at National Taiwan University and has authored over 100 academic books and papers in Chinese and English. These include 'Corporate versus Contractual Mutual Funds: An Evaluation of Structure and Governance' (1994) and 'The Best of Both Worlds?
