Author Information

Manager of the Fine Arts Gallery at San Francisco State University since 2001, Bliss has collaborated on numerous exhibitions, public programs and publications. As an independent curator she has organized solo exhibitions of the works of Daniel Joseph Martinez, Julio Cesar Morales, and Gail Dawson. She holds an MA from San Francisco State University and a BA from Haverford College. Chen has spent over 15 years in the San Francisco arts community as a curator, arts administrator, and visual artist. Since 1998, he has been a Program Director at Intersection for the Arts, one of the country's oldest non-profit arts organizations. A graduate of Columbia University, Chen has been published by Paper Museum Press, Light Work, and Kearny Street Workshop. Dickison is Director of the Poetry Center at SF State University. Poet, essayist, teacher, he co-edits (with David Meltzer) Shuffle Boil, an occasional music magazine, is editor-publisher of the small poetry press Listening Chamber, and teaches writing and literature at SFSU and at California College of the Arts. Disposed, a book of poetry, was published by The Post-Apollo Press (2007).
