Before joining the faculty at New York University, Professor Rosenfeld was a senior partner of Mintz Rosenfeld & Company, Certified Public Accountants. He has twice served as Chairman of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Real Estate Conferences and has lectured throughout the country.
