Sandra M Sulik MD, is a family physician at St Joseph’s Health and Professor Emeritus of Family Medicine Upstate Medical Center Syracuse New York. Cathryn B. Heath, MD is Clinical Associate Professor of Family Medicine at Rutgers- Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and the Medical Director of Rutgers University Student Health in New Brunswick. They are co-editors of the first edition of this book and experts in women’s health in family medicine
