Lt Cdr Bharat Singh is a veteran of Indian Navy from Executive (General Service) Branch and a practicing advocate in Delhi High Court. He is an alumnus of Indian Naval Academy and has served on board various Naval warships. He has specialised in Advance Information Warfare as well as in Nuclear Biological and Chemical Warfare. He has seen active deployment at anti-LTTE operations in International Maritime Boundary Line with Sri-Lanka and at anti-piracy operations in Gulf of Aden. He remains actively engaged as defence-legal analyst on the issues of national security and international-national laws with leading media and journals. Gp Capt Raja Singh is a veteran Fighter Pilot with approximately 3500 hours of fighter flying experience. He is also a qualified flying instructor, graduate of the prestigious Defence Services Staff College and Army war College. He has commanded two air force stations and has years of experience in staff work related to air defence operations and intelligence at Air Force Command and Headquarters. He also has worked extensively as a defence analyst in Cabinet Secretariat. He remains actively engaged in study of technological development, innovations and their employment in modern art of warfare.
