Overview

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Now what? You may have a million questions and things to do before the little one's arrival, but staying healthy shouldn't be one of them. The journal begins with two pages to write your due date and the most important things to remember such as doctor's advice or appointments. The next two pages are designated for you to write questions to ask the doctor during the next appointment. You can record the answers on the previous page, under important things to remember, or under the journaling section of that day's daily spread. Thereafter follow 280 guided daily pages, which coincide with 40 weeks of pregnancy. On each daily page there are dedicated spaces for you to record: - the current date and week of pregnancy - how you feel at the beginning of the day - how you slept last night - food, water, supplements, and/ or medication intake - the type and duration/ intensity/ reps of the day's physical exercise and how you felt afterwards - how the little one felt/ did during the day - a few lines for free journaling where you can write anything that happened during the day, how you felt physically/ emotionally, notes or observations, doctor's answers to your questions, and anything else that is important to you After using the journal a few times, you may begin to see some patterns emerging. Perhaps eating certain foods during pregnancy may upset your stomach, or certain physical exercises may make you more tired than usual. It is easier to notice such things when you write them down. You may use this information to make adjustments to your lifestyle, and/ or to ask your doctor. There are no set dates in the planner. If you miss a day, you can continue on the next page, without leaving any blank pages.
