OverviewThis book presents the Wolff-Parkinson-White and other preexcitation syndromes as a fascinating part of clinical cardiac electrophysiology and all types of corresponding accessory pathways, which are often associated with diagnostic and interventional challenges. Based on comprehensive illustrations including 733 electrocardiographic and intracardiac recordings, and fluoroscopic images, and in a clear and user-friendly manner, the book presents the detailed electrophysiologic data, their analysis and stepwise logical interpretation that enables correct conclusions and offers a practical guide for mapping and catheter ablation. The systematic approach would also be invaluable for accessory pathways coexistent with other arrhythmias or congenital heart diseases.
