Overview

In this book author studied the well- being of adolescents and explored the relationship between adolescents' well-being with family climate, spiritual and emotional intelligence. This book also explains the role of family climate, spiritual and emotional intelligence in predicting well-being among adolescents. Descriptive survey method was used in this study. The study indicated a significant and positive relationship between well being and family climate, spiritual and emotional intelligence among adolescents. This study depicts the need to improve the family climate of adolescents as in this study family climate is the best predictor of well-being. By targeting rural families where adolescents are most at-risk for low well-being, and focusing on improving the specific parenting skills and behaviors, policy makers and educators can take preventive actions and build positive behaviors before serious well-being consequences are experienced in rural adolescents.
