OverviewI write this book concerns to explain how Walt Disney theme entertainment park which how applies knowledge management strategy to solve strategic and human resource problems successfully as well as I also give reasons to prove why it can not be theme park leader to influence USA economic and employment growth in the future and give recommendation how it can raise its ability to be the entertainment theme park leader in the future.I choose Walt Disney theme entertainment park. The reason is because I feel Disney is the famous leader among its similar theme entertainment park competitors as well as I also feel Disney knowledge management strategy is very successful to achieve to attract different countries travellers to choose to visit this theme entertainment park to compare to other similar theme entertainment park competitors in USA, Japan, Germany, Hong Kong, China etc. countries. In this book, I shall indicate in the beginning, Walt Disney could not attract many different countries travellers to visit it successfully. Due to it had no effective strategies to operate its theme park to attract many travellers to choose to stay to play longer time to compare its similar theme park competitors. For example, it lacked knowledge to evaluate whether which aspects of it's staffs job duties who need to be changed to adopt visitors' needs. In my most interesting research, I shall indicate whether Walt Disney had decided how to apply knowledge management strategy to concentrate on improving which aspects of its some staffs' job nature as well as how to improve it's queue methods to achieve to avoid its clients feel unhappy and angry and boring during they are queuing . In the result, it would cause them to feel its ticket sale price is not unreasonable to be valued to spend much time to wait the queue to play entertainment facilities. Finally, I shall give my opinions to explain how Disney changes it's human resource activities to improve performance efficient in order to increase profit and client visiting numbers both as well as I shall give methods to indicate how it needs to solve internal organization problems if it wants to assist America economic growth in long term for my conclusion.This book consists three chapters. The first chapter concerns what Disney background was and what my research aims were. The second chapter concerns what my research and analysis results are and what Disney knowledge management strategy had been implemented. The final chapter concerns to explain why Disney needs to change its internal strategies to raise its competition if it wants to be theme park leader to influence USA economic growth in long term.
