Her previous publications include Death and Dying, Spirituality and Religions: A Study of the Death Awareness Movement; Beyond Silence and Denial: Death and Dying Reconsidered; and First Person Mortal: Personal Narratives of Illness, Dying and Grief. She lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
