Nina, I thought I was going to read and give you input on this or that. I turned my worship music on and entered knowing that I in ALL my power after reading would say, WOW awesome, girl that's good!! The worship songs lead me to a place where the Words of your book came alive. I did not know once I began to read that God would start a healing process, start to finish. I didn't know I would weep, and the Holy Ghost would take over. Then...Who would you think would enter my room? Yes, God Himself!! He began to speak of How He gets such joy during our fellowship, not to mention the laughs we share due to I keep nothing hidden. I used to believe my prayers should be sounding like those Baptist preachers that had that growl in their throat. Tonight, a rebirth took place from those few pages and I hope ALL those that need rebirthing buy the book. Because sometimes we prayer warriors have been doing it so long, we truly don't realize we need a refreshing and in some cases healing. All I can say is this book cannot be entered with a spirit of it's going to be a good reading or I'm a prayer warrior (snap)... and know it all. We should enter in asking God... Lord, reveal Yourself to me for I too need to learn to pray, and in cases be made whole. Artmasue Jenkins Refreshing and breathtaking! Prayer 101 reminds us why we are in a relationship with Christ and how He created the love conversation with and for us as His children. Part I in the Posture of Prayer gets us beyond the veil. We spend time examining ourselves prior to getting into His presence so our prayers avail much. Part II in the Model of Prayer teaches us how to cover our prayer language based on God-given instruction. In order to be able to communicate with our Lord and Savior, we must understand the prayer language that was created. Once you understand how to communicate, you must understand there will be impediments that come to cause interruptions in that communication. In Part II we learn how to grow our faith, believe in the word of God, and let God do it! Lastly, as the book wraps up it's all about Kingdom building. Being a believer doesn't just give you that life more abundantly. Christ gave us a mandate when He left to go prepare a place for us saying in Matthew 28:19-20 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost; Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. This book is a manuscript of further developing our love language, understanding the lover of our soul, and overcoming thru Christ. I believe this book was an easy read. Which is really great wherever reading books with biblical content. You want to understand the context, the author's thoughts and also the purpose of the text. I was able to do that effortlessly. I felt the presence of God on every page. The text really opened my eyes. It provoked me to seek God's presence deeper. There are so many life-changing nuggets in it for readers to chew on, digest and internalize, making them readily accessible to call up and use in time of need.
