OverviewFrom time immemorial, prayer has been that bit in the Christian experience that people tend to struggle with-even more than Bible study. Though while Jesus was here on earth, He developed a personal culture of routine prayer on the Mount of Olives, His disciples seem to have struggled quite a bit in that regard. The one time He needed them to hold the fort with Him at Gethsemane, they just could not keep their eyes open. Today in the contemporary church, prayer meetings are statistically the least attended gatherings. The whole concept of prayer for many appears to be, at best a chore and at worst, a bore. This book has been written to attempt to change that perspective.
