Colonel Charles S. Oliviero spent four decades in the Canadian Armed Forces as an armored cavalry officer. He spent half of his career either as a student or as a teacher and the other half commanding troops. A trained traditional and voice actor who loves to read and perform, Chris Monteiro has lent his voice to television and radio ads, animated films, video games, documentaries, and dozens of audiobooks.
